We continually conduct reviews within our organization to ensure that our services provided are of the highest quality. We seek feedback from our patients, physicians and staff to assess their perception of the quality of the services we provide. In addition, we are evaluated by the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Home Health Care Survey, as directed by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), who is the federal oversight agency. We are audited numerous times each year by each of the payors, from whom we receive payment for services. These audits are done to make certain we are in compliance with the various regulations and procedures governing our provision of services.
