Consumers will be assessed both individually and jointly if sharing a living space with another applicant/recipient, in each of the following listed service categories. Our service will not include those services for tasks the individual does not need or is already receiving from other sources including tasks provided by natural supports.
Long Term Care Services are available in Clovis, Portales, Roswell, Ft. Summer, Santa Rosa, Ruidoso, Tucumcari, Alamogordo and nearby towns. Services vary in each location.
